The Ocean Strategy

The Ocean Strategy is the government’s plan for how it can create growth and more jobs in the maritime industry. The OECD estimates that economics connected to the maritime -and ocean industry could more than double in 2030. The strategy includes several initiatives on how the government believes it can further develop the industries connected to the ocean, and thereby facilitate so new industries and businesses can emerge.

At Sørlandet we are well equipped to meet new challenges and opportunities, not least because of our longstanding and global knowledge and expertise, both above and below the water level.

We hope to see you at “Havnestyresalen” on Tuesday – both members of the Maritime Forum South, GCE NODE, Sørlandet Shipowners Association and other interested parties.

Light refreshments will be served.
